资金募集渠道   

• 捐赠 基金会通过国内外社会团体、企业组织、事业单位、政府部门、国际组织及国际友好人士进行募捐；         
• 公募 通过开展公益、义卖、义演活动等筹集资金；         
• 无形资产 依法利用无形资产开展互惠合作筹集资金；       
• 投资收益 依法通过投资收益筹集资金。
                 

事业领域    

　　所筹集的资金将本着公开、透明的原则，投入水资源保护事业领域。 

• 公益宣传 对社会公众积极开展 “爱水、护水、节水”的宣传教育以及提高公众监督的意识；         
• 技术引进与推广 引进与推广国内外领先的节水、水处理及相关环境技术；         
• 国际合作交流和合作 开展国际合作交流，资助水资源保护政策和科学研究；         
• 奖励 奖励对水资源保护做出杰出贡献的机构和个人；        
• 生态与环境整治项目 投资水处理项目，资助水源地保护、水生态修复和水环境整治工程；         
• 救济和援助 为缺水或水污染受害者提供救济和援助。              

资金使用原则          

• SWRF所筹集的资金将本着公开、透明的原则，投入水资源保护事业领域；      
• SWRF建立了严格的资金筹集、管理和使用制度，同时由政府有关部门、捐赠者和公众组成了规范的监督体系。
             

资金运作模式     

• 环保公益项目基金 进行环保公益援助和援建，开展公益活动，提升大众环保意识；         
• 产业发展基金 对环保及相关产业进行公益投资，将获得的盈利部分作为公益资金的补充。

• Donation from associates, corporations, institutions, government departments and international organizations and individuals
• Public offering is from public welfare，charity sale，charity performance etc 
• Immaterial assets can used in strategic corporation plan or in the mutual benefit corporation under legislative control       
• Investment income is according to law.  

Six Business areas of SWRF 

        All the fund we raised will be used in protecting the Water Resources with the principle of transparency.      

• Introduce the slogan "Love, Defense and Save Water" to raise generate public attention and environment awareness      
• Promote a varies of water environmental techniques such as Water Saving ,Water treatment and related environmental technologies       
• Make international corporation and communication，support scientific studies on water resources relevant policies and science       
• Give Annual awards to people or organization who make outstanding contributions to water resources protection       
• Invest water process projects, sponsor water resources conservation，water ecosystem's repair and water environment improvement project         
• Provide assistance to water pollution victims.        
         

Fund Investing Principles       

• Fund goes to water recourses protection projects openly and transparently.         
• SWRF observes a strict fund raising and managing system. It also receives supervision from PRC government, donors and the mass public.      

Fund  Operating  Mode     

• Public Environmental protection projects fund goes to water recourses protection projects and public benefit activities to raise the environmental awareness of the mass public         
• Industrial development fund invest in the environment projects or associated industry. The income will be the replenishment of the fund.
